We advise you hold cash must hotels here do not accept American Express but the five stars hotels do. You can convert your foreign currency to our local currency from any Bureau de Change here in Lome Togo.
3. The copy’s of my personal details as there are Passport / ID-Card / Driving License / Birth Certificate is it okay that they are certified by a British notary, with an Apostil from the local court?
Your driving License is okay as long as it is valid. Your birth certificate is not needed.
4. Can you inform me about Hotel accommodation in Lomo, single room with Bad, international phone line and Internet connection?

Yes but this can only be confirmed as soon as your lawyer (Tonia and Lucia chambers) visit the various government agencies. We assure you that any formalities / documents required will be obtainable from here in Lome Togo in any of the government agencies concern.

Thanks for calling yesterday. have you sent the balance to the lawyer as I told you yesterday?.
I have made enquires and found out it is very important all documentation are done before you come because one can not be sure what my government will come up with.
Especially because of the company late Francis Zachel operated the company must be check at the tax office to make sure he did not owe tax because if he did this might stop the transfer.
So I want you to send the attorney the full payment so that they can get everything ready and where there is a problem we shall know before you come so that you do not have regret your coming.
My government can say you have to pay the tax or one thing or the other.
We can only know this if the lawyer gets all the documents ready because in the processing of getting the documents any requirement need from you will be stated during the process of obtaining the documents.
Coming with your nurse and personal assistance is a lot of money so please lets make sure everything is set before your trip to Togo.
I explained this to you yesterday on phone.

The same questions I send to the Bank-Attorney / to the Barrister and to the (La Banque D'Affaires De l'Afrique Togo) and I wait for the answers, until now NO RESPONCE AT ALL.
From the Bank-Attorney I received the follow confirmation:
