Dear Manfred Zachel,
I am afraid to say that after all my efforts to see that you complete the balance to Canada and the fact that you have confirmed that you have no money I am under immence presure personally because of the situation we are faced with and the also the fact that my relatives have expended US$8000.
The funds would have ready been transfer to you if you paid the balance to Canada, but you are not doing anything but want to claim this money so where is the assistance I requested from you this is surpose to be a team work.

Now, After a serious thought I decided to seek advise from a lawyer friend concerning this matter of which he advised me to plead with you since due to your lack of money or will I say trust?, we can not forge ahead to complete this transfer, he has advise me to present you with a CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP
