Sequel to our brief telephone disscussion and as regards to the Escrow aggreement which Late charles Dare endorse with his partners, I have sighted the aggreement copy actually the bank is right, this fund GPB 8.750.000.000.00 will not be released to you unless this escrow is terminated,
I have also sighted the British Law and the insurance policy on the rules and conditions of termination of such aggreement, it was clearly stated that the concernne that is you as the new inheritance have to pay 1% of the total fund involved to the partners of Late Charles Dare.
Note: we are not going to involved the Barclays Bank legal department on this very important issue. it is our duty to solve this problem by ourselves, it is your money and it is strictly personal, If we stoop so low and allow Barclays bank Legal department to be involved in the negociation of termination of this escrow aggreement there will be too much questions and investigation on you as the inheritance which you will not defend and the tax involved after the termination of the aggreement will be too much and Barclays Bank will not allow us to have access to the fund for the period of Four 7 yrs so we have to avoid this.
The way forward is as follows:
(1) I have contacted the company concerned and there have aggree for discussion with me as the legal advicer to the late Charles Dare. which i have to travel to Grecce to meet with them today
(2) As soon as we terminate this escrow aggreement with the company, the company will write to the Barclays Bank offically notifiing them that we have resolved and terminate the escrow aggreement.
(3) As soon as the Barclay Bank rececive this letter from the company they will strictly adhere to your instruction on transfering the said fund as you may instruct them.
(4) I have filed a letter to the Barclays Bank legal department on this regards on your behalf this morning that we will handle the matter by ourselves, that they should receive a letter from the company on that regards on the termination of the escrow aggreemt with 72hrs from today.
(5) This money is our future and the future of our children so we have to work with one blood to achieve this great goal. as you can bear with me this company will demand the 1% of the fund from us, you have to start now prepare yourself to raise fund for us to pay them while me will also raise fund for this matter.
(6) Finally, email me urgently on this issue, and please you have to be secret not everybody around you will be happy that you are to receive this huge sum and you know that all this arrangement regarding to this claim is very confidential on my part as i have done very thing possible to remove doubt from any person, so please potect this money on your own side by keeping our discussion and agrangement secret untill this money is in your custody, avoid speaking to the bank, i as the attorney is to handle them legally, they duty after the termination of this aggreement is to follow your instruction strictly.

Compliment of the day, I just came back from Greece where i heard several meetings with the company as regards to the termination of the escrow agreement.
The company has resolved and agreed for the termination of the agreement subject to the payment of the 1% of the total fund which is GBP 8,750.00 (Eight thousand seven hundred and fifty Pounds).
The company gave metheir account where this GBP 8.750,00 will be paid into.
My Brother as it stands now as soon as we paid this company this money they will write to the Barclays Bank Officially notifying them that we have resolved .
You are adviced to remit the sum of GPB4.750.00 into the below stated account of the company while i will remit the balance of GBP4.000.00.
